Job Responsibilities:
Performs various administrative and/or project-related duties in support of ICF PM China and Asia team. Duties may be repetitive but require regular exercise of judgment and knowledge of established Intel and department policies, processes, procedures to solve problems. Assignments are moderately complex in nature. Work performed within generally defined parameters, normally receiving general instructions on most work. Duties will require the admin to have or acquire proficiency with personal computer hardware and software.
Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:
•Makes travel arrangements; including coordinating supporting travel documents
•Schedules and coordinates logistics for requested meetings
•Manages calendar schedule(s) for manager and/or department
•Preparing letters, memoranda, reports
•Serves as reference for information on policies and procedures
•Transfers information to and from forms and computer file
•Prepares expense reports
•Tracks office space headcount and spending
•Maintains appropriate levels of office supplies and materials
•Maintains files and documents
•Answers phones and provides information or refers callers to appropriate individual
•Assists in team events
•Copies, collates, and distributes materials
•Sorts and distributes mail
Duties may also include execution of research and data analysis tasks in preparation of reports/recommendations. Performs other duties as assigned or as responsibilities necessitates. Assignments are typically a mixture of complex and routine tasks, diversified in nature. Must be a team player and work cooperatively with other administrative staff to ensure overall objectives achieved.
Qualifications
•Critical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Office applications, Outlook and a working knowledge of Internet Explorer and web navigation.
•Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to prioritize and coordinate requests and requirements, sets goals and meets deadlines independently with self-motivation.
•Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
•Strong written/verbal communication skills.
•Proficient in English. Korean language is a plus.
•Knowledge of SharePoint desired.
•Strong customer orientation and teaming skills. Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.
