Position:
Intel Intern position to support Higher Education programs management

Shanghai Intel Zizhu Office
Job Description
1. Support Higher Education programs including joint curriculum, joint research, innovative projects etc. Support key events of higher education programs, to organize task-force meeting, campus lectures, curriculum workshops, vendor coordination, meeting agenda arrangement and taking minutes, logistic support etc.
2. Support key University programs including Galileo University programs, Edison University programs etc. be responsible for program tracking, feedback analysis and survey report;
3. Support key forums/symposiums, be responsible for RSVP invitation implementation, follow- up (task force control, internal coordination with cross teams and external liaison with universities, for example: ICAF follow-up and tel. coordination with the engaged universities), and report (including survey report and status report etc.)
4. Support key students competition program like Intel Cup Embedded System Design Contest, communication with WW Universities and events support (Appraisal, award ceremony etc.)
5. Maintain relationship with local faculties, such like program tracking and data/feedback collection & analysis, in order to support the team on the programs review and plan/analysis for next step.
6. Other logistic support to our team in China and abroad, such like timely feedback to your colleagues, coordinate with intel legal and faculties for program agreements, documents’ translation, documents management, and universities database management/update, reception for any faculties’ visit etc.
Requirements:
1. Technical or design education background , Master and master above.
2. Fluent English in both Written and oral
3. Excellent interpersonal communication, writing skills and events organization
4. Integrity, Passion, Discipline, Creativity.
5. Good time management skills, be able to balance work/ study/ life.
