Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive visitors/customers in the office in a proper manner and in charge of visitors registration;
2. Receive internal and external calls
Responsible for telephone & switchboard operation; message recording & sending;
Update telephone directory timely;
3. Air tickets reservation for travelers according to company policy; Check monthly bill and expense payment application;
4. Find local hotels with competitive price and sign contract; Hotel booking for travelers and guests;
5. Monthly stationery order with dept. requires; Check monthly bill and expense payment application;
6. Booking meeting room with requires and keep it cleaning;
7. Prepare outgoing mail and parcels and maintain postage records; Check monthly bill and expense payment application;
8. Visitor receiving
Show smile and politeness to visitors and guide them to related dept. and ensure good housekeeping of meeting room;
Supply drinks and snack service;
Book meal for visitors;
9. Admin daily usage purchasing
Other support if necessary
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Gaduate in 2016/2017. University student as Intern at least 3 days per week.
2. Good written and verbal Mandarin and English abilities.
3. Strong responsibilities and good abilities to work hard and carefully; Willing to learn, hard work and strong sense of service.
4. Good Communication Skills.
