Job Description:
1. Design, develop, establish, maintain and improve market intelligence in China to:
1) Determine market opportunity. Measure the performance of existing brands in Chinese markets, develop a customer profile and asses competitors within this space.
2) Align data collection and use for efficiency and accuracy.
2. Studies—standard and custom: Conduct detailed market research and analysis, identifying trends, growth opportunities and threats related to market position and solutions.
1) In-depth and on-going competitor analysis to understand performance and strategic goals of key competitors and identify areas of vulnerability and strength.
2) Generate customer insights and bring them back into the organization in such a way that drives internal change.
3. Report on new market opportunities ELN China within the baby nutrition market.
4. Proactively coordinate with all customer touch points to ensure segmentation data capture initiatives work together.
5. Establish the profile of the typical buyer
6. Validate the stakeholders involved in the customer’s buying process
7. Evaluate whose who typically play the role of influencer and economic buyer in the consumer purchasing process
8. Formulate the stages and the length of the sales cycle
Qualifications:
1. Personality: Strong sense of responsibility. Detail oriented personality. Hardworking. Good communication skill.
2. Skills: Excellent/good sense of math, excellent/good written English, good skill in using PPT and Excel are required.
3. Interests: Interested in market research.
4. Onboard as soon as possible
5. At least 2 days per week
