工作职位：：HR Intern-员工关系 (设计方向) 实习生
地点：上海张江

JOB TITLE: ER Intern-Communication & ER Intern
LOCATION: ZhangJiang   Shanghai

Responsibility:
•        Assist managing all communication channels including intranet, newsletter plus all other communication vehicles and Wechat  platform
•        Responsible for the communication of staff activities, planned, organized
•        Support other staff’s work in ER department
Requirements：
•        Bachelor degree or above, majoring in media, journalism or Chinese preferred
•        With penetrating insight of the market
•        Has an eye for beauty and know some basic information about colour scheme
•        Good article writing skill
•        Proactive and supportive working attitude
•        Open, Creative and Accountable
•        Ability to work under pressure
•        Experience in Photoshop
•        3 full working days on duty at least per week，6 months guaranteed
•        RMB 140 per day for bachelor; RMB 180 per day for master

岗位职责：
1、        参与公司内刊制作
2、        每周对公司内网新闻进行更新维护。从公司官网或其他门户网站上寻找到公司最新新闻动态。进行适当编辑调整，登入内网；
3、        负责公司前台LED屏，广告机，海报栏，通告栏的更新与维护工作。
4、        负责公司官方微信账号的运营，撰写文案，参与策划方案并执行；
5、        参与组织策划宣传公司内部员工活动；
6、        对ER部其他员工的工作提供支持。
任职资格：
1、        新闻、广告、视觉设计、新媒体、中文等相关专业学生，研一与大四保研党优先，有新媒体运营经验优先；
2、        有敏锐的市场洞察力、敏锐度和策划能力、对网络时尚、热点事件敏感并能及时捕捉利用；
3、        有良好的审美力，对颜色搭配有基本概念，有自己的设计想法；
4、        具备一定的文案功底，良好的文字驾驭能力，了解网络时尚语言、逻辑清晰、风格幽默的写作能力；
5、        有较强的沟通能力和执行力，工作态度积极，有责任心，具备团队协作精神，能够承受在一定压力下工作；
6、        熟悉操作photo shop等设计软件的优先
7、        每周至少工作3天,至少工作6个月
8、        本科生140/天，研究生180/天
