Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Assist sourcing leader to support marketing& sales teams’ events by reviewing cost and compliance.
2. Take initiative to work with peers, stakeholders and suppliers to promote result delivered.
3. Support online Oracle system using and work smartly to reach right resources to resolve system problem if happen.
4. Support sourcing leader by running data report for analysis.
5. Support to handle payment issues, price inquiry, cost analysis, process inquiry.
6. Deal with contracts and other documents filing, maintain sourcing database.
Qualifications:
1. 6 months Full-time internship at least 4-day a week at office.
2. Demonstrated solution-driven orientation and execution focus.
3. Work initiative, proactive, smart, with high sense of responsibility.
4. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Fluency in both Chinese and English.
6. Good in office software, excel, word, outlook, ppt, etc.
