Description:
This Intern position is to support Intel Business HR Department in Chengdu. The main responsibilities include:
1.Facilitate and support all the onsite HR Programs and events, including but not limited to New hire on-board, Manager Training, HR development activities, Leadership Development Program etc
2.Support HR control & compliance Program in the area of communication, process, interaction with related stakeholders, collecting feedback etc.
3.Support onsite HR request such as collaboration with other departments such as Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, cross-china event coordination.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Management including but not limit to Human Resource, Management, Marketing
2.Expertise or experience in HR including talent management, talent development, recruiting, HR communication etc
3.Experience of organizing events either through previous intern experience or in school
4.Detail orientation
5.Able to work in the office at least 3 days a week
6.Able to work for no less than 6 months
