Description:

Assist Field Marketing Manager/Leader to organize and execute marketing programs and to support to bring customer insights through all deployed programs. Build up one team platform and standardize, simplification operation process and improve productivity to make operation excellent.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1.Support all marketing programs from start to end, including organizing programs, communicate with cross P&L about program progress and support Marketing Manager on Program budget planning

2.Using market research to identify market and adjacent opportunities, unmet customer needs and understanding competitive intelligence positioning

3.Set up and maintain projects operations processes and policies. Responsible for analyzing market operation data, product and competitor data

4.Manage routine department operation activities (including financial review/bi-weekly meeting/project review)

Required Qualifications:

1.3~6 months Full-time internship at least 4-day a week at office;

2.Master Candidate is preferred;

3.Major in Administration/business/Hospital management or medical related major is preferred;

4.Project management and data management skills are preferred;

5.Proficient communication skill, exhibits the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team;

6.Proficient at PC office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.;

7.Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results;

8.Good English capability in both spoken and written.
