  Finance Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
-  Be responsible for all the company expense payments and staff expense claim
-  Make sure and control that employees follow the company processes in terms of cost authorization forms, cash handling, payments, travel cost control.
- Office petty cash control

Accounts Receivable:
- Coordinate with Student and Academic Service Officer to check students tuition fee income and bank POS income reconcilation
- Issue invoices for students and coporate sutomers

Banking:
- Responsible for banking works: withdraw cash and handle foreign currency bank transfer
- Handling Company business and income tax every month

HR function and office supporting works

Salary：110/天  （Ps：实习薪资必须按国家规定向税务局缴纳个税）

Working hours：9:00-18:00（lunch break 1 hour）
