3 MONTHS PRACTICAL LEGAL EXPERIENCE
The Seasonal Clerkship Program is generally open to final year law students. It is the ideal opportunity to explore what Corp. Bay has to offer, gain insight into the benefits of working as a professional lawyer, meet our talented and highly motivated staff, and gain practical legal experience. Corp. Bay Seasonal Clerks are placed in our headquarter.
During the three months placement, Clerks will work closely with a mentor and have the opportunity to:
• preparing an initial draft of an advice;
• attending client meetings and/or
teleconferences;
• assisting with document management;
• researching points of law; and
• experience our collegiate and supportive

GRADUATE PROGRAM
12 MONTHS PRACTICAL LEGAL TRAINING
Corp. Bay Graduate Program is generally open to penultimate year law students. It combines practical legal training, continuous professional development and
formal training.
During the 12 months program, Corp. Bay Graduate Lawyers rotate through five law areas, enabling practical experience in specialized areas of law.
Working with a great deal of responsibility, our Graduates:
• draft complex advices;
• extend practical research skills;
• develop presentation skills through
participation in internal and external events;
and
• participate in internal professional
development programs and a wide range of
learning and development sessions.

企业湾的毕业生法律实习项目目前对法律系大三和研二的学生开放申请。该项目结合了实际的法律培训，持续的专业发展和正式培训。在为期十二个月的项目里，企业湾毕业生法律实习生将通过在我们的五个法律领域的轮岗，获得法律专业领域的实践经验。毕业生法律实习生们承担着很大的责任：
• 起草复杂的建议；
• 扩展实用的研究技能；
• 通过参与内部和外部活动，练习演
技巧；和
• 参与内部专业发展项目和广泛的学习
和发展会议。
