The Business Entity
The Core Software Group (CSG) develops software across the routing, switch and wireless platform portfolio at Cisco and is investing heavily to transform networking through cutting-edge solutions that will change the way IT is consumed. This means your work will transform our customers’ consumption of our systems from every angle.
The Team
CSG enterprise-routing software development team in Cisco China R&D Center (CRDC) is responsible for platform and features development on Cisco enterprise routing platforms (ISR/ASR) with combined multi-billion dollar revenues.
Role & Responsibilities
Specific job responsibilities may include
• Work closely with Cisco engineer for the development of Cisco cloud management system.
• Participate in innovation and development of new features.
Basic Qualifications
• Ability of fast learning and problem solving.
• Solid knowledge of at least one program language: c/c++, java, python, javascript…
• Familiar with some of the following: linux environment, data structure, c++ STL, database, network, multi-thread.
• Familiar with version control tools like git, svn
Additional Qualifications
• Project development experience of c++, web service, javascript.
• Experience of NodeJS/Express development.
• Familiar with routing/switching network knowledge.
• Experience of python develop, like Django, flask, tornado.
