Java Software Engineer (Linux)
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for design, implementation, test and maintenance of software modules with high quality.
2. Good debug and problem solving either individually or in a team
3. Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
4. Communication with customers and other teams (App's team, SQC's team, other Development team etc).
5. Ensures that there is proper documentation for the software development.
Preferred Qualifications
1. A recognized Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline;
2. One to two or more years’ experience on Java programming.
3. Experience on J2EE, and with JSP/Servlet/JDBC, knowledge of Spring framework is a plus.
4. Familiar with one Database systems like MySQL, Oracle, or noSQl server like MongoDB.
5. Familiar with Tomcat application server configuration;
6. Solid foundation in software development fundamental: Data Structure, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented programming, Common algorithms etc
7. Shell scripting Knowledge of Linux platforms is a plus.
8. Familiar with other popular backend development skills like PHP is a plus.
