Mission Control Center (MCC) 任务控制中心

任务：
1.在MCC办公室内准备和设置控制面板等设备，包括管理知识数据库（例如维护MCC维基和Jam文档）；
2.辅助MCC每周员工配置和人力资源调度。责任包括与AGS团队领导完成员工资源周度或月度计划，并根据需要更新人员配置时间表和其他相关文件；
3.支持端到端的项目参与审核流程，触发参与状态，记录最终提案。设置PERC会议，在CRM中创建并维护PERC活动；
4.推动流程和管理变更，与主题负责人合作，简化并优化流程；
5.通过安排会议和做会议纪录，更新MCC每周和每月报告，辅助MCC反馈和内部沟通（例如MCC公告等），支持MCC整体运营；
6.在参与支持流程，任务和责任方面指导轮换的团队成员；

要求：
1.每周工作最少3-4天，至少持续6个月
2.本科或硕士，无专业要求
3.2019年毕业
4.良好的英语听说读写能力
5.工作地点：上海市浦东新区哈雷路金科路2889弄长泰广场D栋SAP公司

Tasks:
1. Preparation and setting up of dashboards, tools and communication equipment in MCC room including administration of knowledge database (e.g. MCC Wiki and Jam infrastructure maintenance and content documentation)
2. Facilitate weekly staffing and resource scheduling in MCC. Responsibilities include monthly planning of resources with the different AGS team leads and managers and updating staffing schedule and other documents as needed.
3. Support end to end engagement review process, trigger the engagement status, document final proposal. Set up the PERC meetings, create PERC activity in CRM, and monitor the action items from each PERC session.
4. Process rollout and change management, collaborate with topic owners to streamline/optimize processes
5. Support overall MCC Operations by scheduling meetings and keeping minutes, update of MCC weekly and monthly reports, facilitate MCC feedback and survey forms and internal communications (e.g. MCC announcements, etc.)
6. Mentoring of the rotation team members regarding Engagement Support processes, tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:
1. can work minimum 3-4 days a week for 6 months duration
2. no course requirement, bachelor or master would do
3. will graduate in 2019
4. Good in written and oral English

实习天数：每周至少3-4天， 合同期限至少六个月， 2019年毕业
