GE Internship Opportunity - IT Coordinator Intern
Biz Unit: Commercial Finance
Type: Long-term internship (at least 3 days per week)
Location: GE China Technology Park, Zhangjiang, Shanghai
Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
* Business workflow design
* GE PhoneBot System Maintenance & Update
* GE PhoneVision based CDR (Call Detail Records) analysis & conclusion
* CF (Commercial Finance) agents' Mobile Phone plans & expenses recording, analysis, adjust & management
* CF (Commercial Finance) IT newsletter edit
* Assist CF CIO in daily operation
* IT asset management & maintenance
* IT related Trouble-shooting
Qualifications/Requirements
* Undergraduate with Information Management, Computer Science or other engineering major (Senior students are preferred)
* Available at least 3 days per week (Mon to Fri) for at least 6 months
* Familiar with the fundamentals of computer system & network are preferred
* Smart, friendly, patient, detail oriented and hard working, with strong communication skills
* Natural team working spirit
