Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing high-level quality support for MS products. Provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to Microsoft customers.
Knowledge and Skills:
1.University or college graduate, a BA/BS degree in Computer Science is preferred.
2.Ability to use the desktop computer system and the Internet and intranet.
3.Good experience on Microsoft products, MCP/MCSE is preferred.
4.CET-6 excellence. Good English communication skills. Fluent Spoken and Written English
5.Knowledge of Office product usage.
6.Solid problem solving skills.
7.Able to work in flexible working time
8.Excellent customer service sense.
9.Have 1~2 Technical Support experience is prefer
10.Good communication in Mandarin
