Process roles and responsibilities:
•Develop close cooperation with consultants with aim for quality and excellence.
•Source high caliber candidates through multiple recruitment channels including cold calling, screening resumes in data-base and other available channels as required by different clients.
•Develop strong candidate base- where building, maintaining and updating database will be your key tasks.
•rovide on-going industry updates and market intelligence related to the firm’s businesses.
•Follow up on assignments, contact candidates, schedule appointments, where appropriate.
•Work as a team in ensuring assignment completion and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
•Undergraduate Student is highly preferable.
•Systematic and analytic quick learner and team player.
•Smart, energetic and willing to take challenges.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•roficient in English and Mandarin.
