-       Provide overall office administration services for various parties efficiently and effectively  
 
-       Receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages accuracy and efficiency  
 
-       Handle switchboard  
 
-       Visitors and customers’ reception  
 
-       Express and courier implementation and management  
 
-       Meeting support and preparation  
 
-       Venders and suppliers management  
 
-       Monthly expenses allocation and payment arrangement  
 
-       Other tasks assigned by team leader  
 
Requirements;  
 
-       College degree above  
-       Fluent English in writing and oral  
-       Precise attention to details  
-       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
