HR Intern
Responsibilities:
Updating the recruiting targets on a regular basis and working closely with the team leaders for the recruiting issues
Publishing the JDs and following up the whole recruiting procedures such as the CV selection, phone interview, interview arrangement, participating in the interview for the operators
Expanding the recruiting channels in order to meet the recruiting targets on time
Infoming the new comers of the compensation package as well as the on board procedures (informing offer information--medical--eligible-give offer letter)
Managing the on board procedures and providing the orientation training to the new comers.
Following up the integration plan of the new comers and making sure that all the records of the reviewing meeting are kept.
Reminding the managers of doing the probation assessment 2 weeks earlier than the probation ends
Maintenance of the employee personal folders including the contracts, agreements etc.
Updating the company policy timely or providing the proposal to the manager to ensure the company policy is in accordance with the labor law
Managing the commercial insurance, leave management, house renting and other admin related works.

Providing the consultation to all employees for the HR realted questions.
Analysis of the headcount report on a monthly basis and providing the quarterly report to SLC
New employee training program
Requirements:
