Requirements:
- Be able to work 4 days at IBM Shanghai Zhangjiang office per week
- Be able to work as an intern for more than 6 months
- Quick learner and strong analytical skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good communication skill and team work
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum is plus

1) Java/J2EE Developer for SOS
Required Skills:
- Excellent in Java and J2EE related technologies
- Good OO design skills, familiar with design patterns and UML

2) Web Developer for SOS
Required Skills:
- Experienced in Javascript coding
- Experienced in Ajax and Web 2.0
- Portlet, Dojo, HTML, CSS is a strong plus
- Familiar with Ruby on Rails is plus
