AIC Education was founded in 2004 in South Plainfield, New Jersey. The founder, Chen Zhang, had graduated from Columbia University and had been a First-Hand reader in the admissions office of Columbia University. The vision of AIC Education at that time was to bring the best of ivy league education and ideologies to the Chinese Americans of the USA. In 2007, AIC Education was invited to Hong Kong and Shenzhen delta to bring these ideologies and ivy standards to China. That year alone, AIC Education was able to send more than 10 students to universities like Harvard, MIT, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, and Yale.
Upon entering China, the vision of AIC Education had since then evolved into - building innovative education foundation for all of China. Our main areas of education are: Preparing and successful sending students to USA Ivy League and top 30 universities, Career Consulting both in USA and China, Major Advisory Courses both for Chinese University entrance and for USA University entrance. Our mission is to cultivate students to realize their passion with action. We want each one of our students to find and carry each of their own dream(s). Then, we provide a myriad of resources and support for students to realize their passions. For university entrance, we provide the most quality expertise, and for career/major advisory, we provide a large network of prestigious companies and elite individuals in their respective industries. Our actions reach even further in providing scholarships to those that in need.
AIC now exists across China: Beijing, Dalian, Wuhan, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Changsha. Today, AIC Education has been invited to set feet upon Shanghai. And we would like to lend out our invitation for you to join our young and exciting team with co-workers who are filled with dreams.
Currently, we are immediately hiring those with following criteria:
1. Freshman or Sophomore in a top university in Shanghai
2. Has attended high school in Shanghai
3. Fluent or semi-fluent in English/Can translate
4. Enthusiastic, passionate, eager to make a difference in the world
5. Diligent and punctual
6. Previous internship experiences not necessary, but preferred
