Key roles of the intern include:
1、Close follow up with online, advertising, PR and event agencies to secure good execution of franchise campaign
2、Develop/polish Chinese copies of franchise editorial for online, CRM, publicity release to target audience
3、Work with BU marketing and DCP contacts to consolidate franchise content, product, retail news for quarterly franchise update
4、Co-ordinate CP merchandise sponsorship and logistics for online activation and TV program release
5、Other office assistant jobs include meeting room booking, meeting minutes drafting, T&E reporting etc.
Qualifications required:
1、Good communication skills, with ability to build trust and develop good working relationships with colleagues of other business units
2、Ability to multitask and has sufficient flexibility to follow several projects concurrently
3、Cheerful, energetic, well-organised, creative, still be patient and able to work detail
4、Fluent spoken and written in both English and Chinese (excellent Chinese written skills is preferred)
5、Well developed computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) (capable of using Frontpage/Photoshop is preferred)
6、Some intern experience in other FMCG company or advertising agency is preferred
7、Able to work 4 days during the week (university junior or graduate student grade 2 is preferred)
8、Active student union/class literary or propagandist cadre is preferred
