工作地点：金桥，公司有班车（要求八月初上岗，下学期升研二者优先，保证一周三到五天，持续三个月以上）

Major responsibilities
• Support proofreading for collaterals and translation
• Assist in website maintenance and updating
• News article dispatching follow up
• Collaterals and premiums management
• Standard sales tools making & manage, poster, reference list, case stu
dy, gifts, marketing news release & Ads. Etc.
• Pre event and onsite support
• Customer database management
• Advanced sales tools setting up and manage, project database (BCI) & D
M, etc.
• Support analysis reports for executives
Requirements as below:
• Good language skills (especially C-E and proofreading skills)
• Can work at least 4 days a week
• Female preferred
• English major or student majored in liberal arts with rich knowledge i
s preferred
• No working experience required, but those with experience in marketing
or admin related fields are preferred
• No big ambition, easy-going, willing to do detailed and sometimes bori
ng work (so in that case, student caliber or students with lots social activit
ies are not good candidates)
