Job Description 
- Prepare Monthly Data  
- Support and coordinate department tasks base on director's requirement 
- Manage director's schedule&Support to the whole team 
- Coordinate with other function: HR,IT,Finance,etc 
- Other tasks as Director's personnel assistant  
- Administration jobs, including but not liminted to translations, booking flights, hotel etc.  
 
Job Requirements  
- Female,Bachelor degree or above  
- Fluent in both Written&Oral English(Must) 
- Team Spirit 
- Good Computer Skills, PPT,Excel.etc. 
- Fresh or 1-2 years working experience 
- Able to work under pressure, sometimes needs overtime working
