职责:
Collects information needed for conferences, reports and projects.
1.Prepares or assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled meetings.
2.Coordinates and plans meetings, inside and outside the company. This may include the taking, typing and distributing of meeting minutes.
3.Sort prioritizes, and reply to correspondence received;answer and respond to telephone calls; maintain and update manager schedules on an ongoing basis. Handle telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence.
4.Performs activities associated with business travel planning includeing; maintaining ticket records, making reservations, handling reimbursement and processing expense reports.
5.Provide other administrative support to Division Head as required.
要求:
1.本科或硕士在读,行政、经济、管理类专业,保险学优先;
2.良好的中英文听、读、讲、写能力
3.优秀的沟通和逻辑思维能力,工作认真细致、责任心强
4.沟通协调能力突出,服务意识强,对需求可以给予快速响应
5.每周至少工作4或5天
薪酬:70元/天,超出8小时按8 元/小时计算
