EXHIBITION ASSISTANT NEEDED

Exciting opportunity to be involved in an international art project organised by Hong Kong Art Centre (www.hkac.org.hk) at one of Shanghai's biggest shopping malls:

Exhibition Period: Last week of AUG to 31 SEPT 2010, 5-6 weeks, from SUN to SAT, 8am-10pm (TBC)

Grand Gateway (No.1 Hong Qiao Rd., Shanghai, China)

Work Shifts: 8am-1pm; 1pm-6pm; 6pm-10pm, three sessions per day

2 assistants @ each session

sessions per day depend on applicants

Switch & turn off the equipments

Report the condition of all exhibits & equipment

Introduce Hong Kong Art Centre & the exhibition contents to audiences; answer questions if any enquiry

Maintain & refill books and supplies

Ensure proper viewing of exhibit (e.g. safety of artwork)

展期︰8月底至9月31日，约5-6星期，星期日至六，8am-10pm (TBC)

地点︰广汇广场 (上海市虹桥路1号)

工作时段︰8am-1pm; 1pm-6pm; 6pm-10pm, 每日3个时段

每时段 2人

每日工作时段申请者自己决定

负责每日展品及机器的开关

报告每日展品及机器的情况

解答参观者对展览的提问

整理、补给漫画书刊

保证游客文明参观作品（如保证作品的安全）
