Intern of Project Change Coordinator (项目技术更新协调员)

Description
The position is for Project Change Coordinator (PCC) Intern with Intel Server (IA架构服务器) team based in Shanghai. The position focuses on coordinating the product change on Engineering Change Order (ECO, 工程技术更新), to make sure the product change under the control both in documentation and implementation. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-        Attending/participation in the weekly PDT meeting (产品研发会议), and working with the PDT and PM (项目经理) to understand which ECOs need to be written and when;
-        Creating, reviewing, scheduling and implementing ECOs;
-        Providing status and updates on ECOs in progress;
-        Processing the Bill of Material (BOM) changes for the product going from product launch to End of Life.

Qualifications
接受大四学生实习. Candidate must be a senior in a Science related major. Computer Science or Electronic Engineering related major is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
-        Self starter with the passion of engineering tasks;
-        Scrupulous attention to detail;
-        Fluent in English and Chinese both verbal and written;
-        Ability to work more than three days per week.
