Eaton Vehicle Group Auto Business locates in Shanghai now has a opening for intern (SEECO-Intern)

Working Location: 139 Fanghua Road, Pudong District,Shanghai

Job Descriptions:
1. Participate training system set-up project under manufacturing shop floor with 700 population in automotive industry;
2. Liaise with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production department to understand business drives and follow up action items;
3. Consolidate, track and reconcile project timeline and action items to meet business needs and ensure key deliverables on track;
4. Coordinate with internal customer or external resources to organize training course delivery and training effectiveness analysis;
5. Other HR functional support assigned.

Requirements:
1. Postgraduate or undergraduate student from universities, major in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering preferred;
2. Intern experience in multinational companies a plus;
3. Proficient MS-office and language skills in English and Mandarin;
4. Good team player;
5. Strong organizing and planning skills.
6. Duration: at least 3 days a week.
