Responsibilities:
Identify & analysis job descriptions
Search and Cold calls to identify target companies and candidates
Interview high quality candidates and then marketing top quality candidates to clients
Coordinate interview and meetings for client
Prepare professional candidate report
Develop business with existing and new clients; win new business with clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Contribute to your own and team profit centre's ensuring targets and goals are reached.
Requirements:
College or above degree
Fresh graduated
You will enjoy working in a targeted and measured environment and you will want to compete and win
Good English skill is plus
