Customer Support Agent - Korean Speaker韩语客户服务代表




General Summary:
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer from Korean inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Korean and English.
Specific Duties:
1. Respond to live chat service/email/phone inquiries routed to Customer Support, solve customer’s inquiry in time
2. Outreach customers with product information and site navigation in Korean and English.
3. Exercise judgment in the examination, interpretation, and decisions concerning the resolution of problems.
4. Summarize and provide customer feedback to management.
5. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool.
6. Perform related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

1. Good Korean speaking capability. Native Korean preferred.
2. Good oral and written English skills.
3. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred.
4. 1 year experience in a customer support environment preferred.
5. Experience in an Internet company, Customer service representative preferred.
6. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Internet
7. Team work, good communication skills and self-motivated
