Expected on Board Date: September, 1st Primary Responsibilities:
Assist AE for updating e-tool and database;
Support team on bidding project;
Assist AE for finalizing technical proposal;
Office Administration work.


Qualifications Required:

6 months intern commitment with at least 3 days per week;
Strong skills in MS Office and effective communication skills;
High commitment and good team work;
Fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
Female is preferred.

2.GE Internship Opportunity—ITO Inern
Department: ITO
Location: Yishan Road, SH
No. Of Opening: 1       
New or Replacement: Replacement
Expected on Board Date: Sept.1st.

Job responsibilities:
1.        Maintain the ITO library, update the files and index and inform the team regularly.
2.        Prepare pre-qualification and simple proposal documents, coordinate with application engineer (AE) to package all documents together as client’s requirements
3.        Responsible for data uploading and modification for ITO tool migration.
4.        Collect data and information to prepare pipeline report, productivity report for commercial operation and AE team.
5.        Help to organize Team meeting and project review.
6.        Support team on office administration work, like office supply and travel arrangement
Qualifications：
1.        Engineering background preferred.
2.        Good English skills;
3.        Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office, word and excel, etc
4.        Have initiative, energetic, hard working, quick learning competencies and good team work skills
5.        Intern experience in MNC is preferable
6.        at least 3 days per week,3 months as a start. Can be extended based on performance.
