Position Title: Human Resources Assistant
This position is to provide secretarial support services to Human Resources Asia Pacific Director and the team in the region.
Reporting : HR Director Asia Pacific
Location : Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and arrange meetings and manage the calendar of Human Resources Director
2. Make reservation and travel arrangements.
3. Compose letters and take minutes during the meetings.
4. Input staff information records and personnel documents, including job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters.
5. Execute daily human resources operations.
6. Assist in performing human resources services such as payroll, salary administration and employee relations.
7. Administer the human resources e-system.
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
Education
• College diploma and above
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Experience
• 2 years working experience
• Self-starter, proactive, assertive, good communication skills
• Problem-solving, numerate and analytical in approach
• Comfortable working in a small dynamic team where flexibility and creativity are essential
• Ability to prioritize
• Career interests in human resources
Personality
• Outgoing, and presentable
• Creative, good team player
• Capable of bottom-line responsibility
