• Manage 150-250 eBay power sellers in China, responsible for solving their day-to-day issues and requests
• Closely monitor the managed sellers’ performance on item quality, policy compliance, trading behaviors, shipping efficiency, and sales trend.
• Drive sustainable business growth for high quality China sellers and help to maintain a healthy power seller community
• Support high performing sellers to become trustworthy top sellers and promote them to the top sellers club
• Build and maintain rapport with the power sellers, provide education on selling skills, best trading practices, business strategy, etc.
Experience and Qualification
Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management or related is preferred
2+ years working experience in customer service, account management, or sales related positions
Experience in e-commerce, online trading, Internet, import and export, logistics is highly preferred
Fluency in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
