Client Company
A foreign company has already been running its business in North America and South Korea. Company providing a website whereby employers can be matched with prospective employees, serving as a human resources department for others.
To expand the marketing share in China mainland, they are now looking for:
Position: Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering all the incoming calls concerning the business
2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone communication and email transmission in an efficient and effective manner
3. Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues
4. Accurately record customer trends using the online tracking tool
5. Research and resolve inquiries verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications:
1. Diploma holder or equivalent work experience preferred
2. 2 years relevant experience in a customer support environment and call centre experience in an Internet company preferred
3. Ability to function in multiple telephone and email queues preferred
4. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email transmission by utilizing active listening and clearly speaking to customer.
5. Good oral and written English skills
