亨斯迈化工贸易(上海)有限公司委托本公司招聘：

Accountant（合同期限6个月）

Reports to:  Finance Manager

PURPOSE

To prepare accurately and on time monthly & periodic financial reports (e.g. financial statements, cashflow forecast, ) for management, bankers, auditors, government bureaus, etc. in compliance with relevant Huntsman, US GAAP, SOX and statutory requirements.
To update the relevant accounting system (SAP) to ensure the data availability and accuracy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.   Preparation of periodic reports & statement (both internal & external) required by various parties i.e. management, government bureaus, bankers, International Finance etc. under the guidance of the Accounting Supervisor.
2.    Submission of reports to government bureaus and collect information and feedback from the bureaus for consideration of the management.
3.    Prompt and accurate updating the financial accounting system in day to day operation of financial accounting function.
4.    Preparation of balances analysis of General Ledger Accounts for the balance sheet items.
5.    Provide reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub-Ledger for inventory of the company (including physical count reconciliation).
6.    Prepare monthly interco account reconciliation.

SPECIAL FEATURES
1.  The job-holder is the direct person for submission of reports to the government bureaus who has to maintain good relation and image with the bureaus and collect information/feedback from the government authorities for consideration of the management..
2.  The job holder has to communicate effectively with both external and internal parties which include the promotion of internal control requirements. Persuasive skill in technical terms is needed.
3.  Not required to make decision out of the scope of the company procedure and LOA.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
1. University graduate major in finance & account (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
2. Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in financial accounting function with knowledge of China GAAP.
3.  Knowledge of US GAAP and local tax regulation preferrably with SAP experience.
4.  The jobholder should possess maturity, experience and interpersonal skills to be able to co-operate with colleagues at various levels in the commercial, production, supply chain and finance organisation.
5. Good communication skill in English.
