(Sr.) Software Engineer – J2EE
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in product research and development, workload/progress assessment according to the schedule, and provide delivery with high quality;
2. Work independently on design and coding, and solving technical problem;
3. Coordinate with product team by providing necessary technical advice.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficient in J2SE 1.5+ and J2EE related skills
2. Good command of JSP/Servlet, JSP Tag,Struts2, Ajax、Javascript, CSS, Spring, Hibernate, XML Schema, ect.
3. Solid experiences in large scale J2EE application development.
4. Understanding multi-tier architecture of web service based on OOD, and can carry out module design independently.
5. Familiar with UML, design pattern, database, have knowledge of popular tools.
6. Good command of relational database and SQL.
7. Familiar with popular J2EE application server such as Websphere/Weblogic/Jboss/Tomcat, etc.
8. Experiences in database performance optimization or Linux/Unix will be a plus.

(Sr.) HTML Engineer
We are looking for an experienced HTML Engineer/UI Designer with a multi-faceted skill set for our Cloud Computing Service platform
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment with marketing partners, product managers, designers and engineers
2. Implement redesigns to existing websites and web-based application.
3. Adapt and/or modify existing UI and workflow
4. Build out new websites from wireframes and Photoshop templates
5. Provide technical and creative input for marketing initiatives
6. Create and/or adapt existing landing pages for usability optimization testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communication, or computer science from a four-year college or university required
2. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience
3. HTML, CSS, JavaScript are impeccable.
4. Absolutely proficient with hand coding table-less Web layouts
5. Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite

(Sr.) User Interface Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Be able to analyze and research users' information need and interactive behavior; Can turn user research findings into new product design and optimization of existing products.
2. Support R&D team to design new product and optimize exiting interfaces, able to change graphic design mockups (in the format of PSD or AI) into web format (such as HTML and CSS).
3. Cooperate with marketing team to design company marketing materials (including: YiLaBao card, brochure, business card, posters) .
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate from Industrial design, Art, E-Commerce, MIS major, etc
2. 3-5 years working experience in related fields; Can independently take responsible of projects
3. Excellent graphic design ability, proficient in using design software, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw etc; Have a great sense of visual design and innovation
4. Proficient in using website making tools and language, such as: Html, CSS, Javascript and Dreamweaver,
5. Excellent ability in researching and analyzing user information seeking behavior and interactive habits, can turn user research findings into the design of new application and products.
6. Patient, careful, fast to accept and learn, good attitude, professional and open-minded, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, familiar with teamwork.
