Reports To： Principal
Specific responsibilities：
 Working closely with Consultant and project team,
participate in the executive search process in the following
areas:
 Perform research in the talent market and identify
candidates by cold call or other relevant channel for search
assignments
 Conduct research on companies and industries to support
on search projects.
 Collaborate with the search engagement team, including the
leading Principal and other research team members to
develop and execute customized search strategies.
 Participate in ongoing assignments to identify new
methodologies and procedures that enhance the search
process.
The person Qualifications & Experience：
 University graduate or above 2 years of working experience
 Previous working experience in relevant industry would be
an advantage.
 Excellent telephone manner. Telephone research experience
is needed
 Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people creative
 Good common sense of business
