SAP intern recruitment: English Training Assistant
Location: SAP Labs China, Shanghai


EDUCATION& QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
-        Good English and Chinese communication skills
-        Good coordination and time-management skills
-         Familiar with MS Office Suite(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
-         Previous MNC internship preferred

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS
-        Responsible for Internal and external correspondence regarding SAP’s In-house English training program
-        Organizing English placement tests and course registration
-        Ensuring the smooth going of the training through administrative efforts in classroom booking, attendance tracking and course rescheduling, etc.  
-        Maintaining and editing training related documents
-        Self-motivated and detail-oriented
-        Committed, can start soon and work at least four days a week
