职位描述：
Purpose:
1. Help internal users to install, setup, and troubleshoot PC and other IT fac
ilities to enable them access all kinds of company IT resources
2. Provides timely and effective support to end users on technology related is
sues an
d problems and support PBX, phone related issues

Responsibility:
1. Provide helpdesk services which includes PC Setup & Software installation
2. Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
3. Printer setup and Troubleshooting
4. Manage basic account information like account and employee information
5. Contact vendor for PC maintenance
6. Maintain PBX and phone related system and devices
7. General Asset Management

Requirement:
Basic:
1. English CET-4 or above preferred
2. Associate’s degree in computer science or related degree
3. Good English written and oral communication skills
4. Familiar with Microsoft OS (Windows XP, win 2000) and Office applications
5. Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
6. Strong commitment to customer service to internal customers
7. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical pe
rsonnel
