岗位1：
客服代表：
Responsibilities :
• Work in Global 7*24 call center environment
• Provide Level 1 support to end users to resolve incidents and diagnose underlying problems
• Resolve the incident reported from call or email with knowledge database and FAQs. Escalate to 2nd level support if needed.
• Incident and Service Request Management through the certain incident management system
• Promptly schedule service request
• Coordinate and monitor all procurement requests till equipment delivery to the end-user.
• Monitor all open tickets to agreed SLAs
• Record all inbound and outbound calls in CRM
• Webmaster official websites of a global motor company
• Other responsibilities which may be needed from time to time and as assigned by Management

Requirements:
• Proficient in excel, word etc.
• Fluent English both in oral and writing, working language is English
• Be able to work in shift
• 全日制大专以上学历，至少二年以上呼叫中心相关工作经验
• 出色的人际沟通及待客服务技巧，细心、耐心，并且对工作充满热诚
• 上佳的团队合作精神，工作踏实认真，具有主动性
  接受不同班次的安排

岗位2：
数据库管理员：
职位描述
能够熟练使用英语读写需求和技术文档
协助解决在开发过程中发生的与数据库相关的技术问题。
职位要求
大学专科以上，计算机相关专业。 具有1年数据库管理员工作经历；
具备SQL数据库Stored Procedure和其他有关数据库的编程经验，能够开发数据库报表。
具备SQL数据库管理经验，监控、性能分析和数据库优化能力。
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。


Requirements:
Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems.
Must have a minimum of 1+ years experience in designing ,building, implementing ,and managing SQL database
Knowledge of database methodology, principles and procedures including SQL and Data Modeling.
Development in .NET experices is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skill with active and positive working style.
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English

岗位3：
.net engineer:
主要工作内容 Main Responsibilities:

1、负责公司DotNet项目的设计/开发/单元测试
2、按照要求完成代码的Review
3、与测试人员一起确保提交的项目工作产品质量。

人员条件 Requirement:

1、2年DotNet开发项目经验，熟悉.NET框架相关知识，熟悉面向对象的开发，熟练使用C#，熟悉WinForm，Ado.NET，ASP.NET和 Web Service编程
2、熟悉常规数据库如SQLServer，Oracle等，较强的数据库设计能力。
3、良好的编码风格和文档习惯，有设计经验佳。
4、良好的沟通协调能力，并能够承受一定的工作压力；
