Senior Competency Consultant 高级咨询顾问（能力素质模型，薪酬绩效方向）
工作地点：上海  工作性质：全职

职责描述：
        1、根据客户的经营战略目标，制定针对性的人力资源管理方案，并设计以吸引和留用关键人才的薪酬福利以及激励计划，
           以帮助客户获得人才投资回报的最大化
        2、精确理解客户的人才管理目标，并提供专业的咨询方案与推行指导
        3、为客户提供能力素质模型的应用指导与实施建议
        4、分析客户的业务与用户需求，建立项目需求文档，灵活运用ITG方法论以满足客户的个性化需求

任职资格：
        熟悉能力素质模型
           较好的沟通能力
           英文流利者优先考虑
           心理系，人力资源类博士
