This role is a contractor position, which can be provided renewable 2-year contract, which is signed with the 3rd party and assigned to work. This position is mainly focusing on providing administrative support and a lot of analytics reports to the whole Greater China Talent Acquisition Team, and also self handles some junior positions (FTE, temps, and internships) whole recruiting process. Main Responsibilities:
· To independently handle the whole recruiting process for some junior level positions and including temp or internships.
· To post job ad through appropriate channels
· To maintain internal talent acquisition functional related reports and database including hiring reports, talent referral database, hiring cost report and so on, and also provide related analysis to contribute talent acquisition scorecard.
· Fully track the whole talent referral program, and support to promote this TRP program
· To provide statistics and reports as required
· To provide assistant on interview arrangement with hiring managers, candidates contacts, and promote candidate care image etc.
· To handle other administrative tasks associated with the hiring process
Requirements:
· Bachelor or above degree in business areas or English
· 2 years+ related experience, preferably in multi-national environment. Excellent fresh graduates also can be considered
· Has good career interest and long-term commitment in HR field.
· Good command of English and PC skills
Fast learner and can work under pressure and team environments
