Business Analyst (商务系统分析师)
Position Overview and Responsibilities
Position Overview:
National Instruments is seeking a business analyst to support the internal business processes and systems. The Business Analyst's primary role is to serve as a liaison between business areas and the information technology team. The successful analyst understands the business needs, analyzes current and future business processes, fills the gap between business needs and information system, make suggestions for continuous improvement, articulates requirements to meet business objectives, and define proposed solutions for the requirements. Working with both the business areas and the development team, the BA will work on the full development life cycle from project initiation through implementation and post-support.
Responsibilities Include:
1.Identifying, Analyzing and Prioritizing business requirements
2.Proposing and Defining solutions to meet business requirements
3.Defining and Documenting business requirements and process flows
4.Communicating requirements to technology team
5.Providing thorough communication to business owners
6.General project management to balance project resource, timeline, and scope
7.Performing System Testing
8.Providing End User Training
9.Providing End User Support
Position Requirements
1.Strong logic thinking
2.Strong organization skills
3.Excellent communication skills, Ability to communicate ideas clearly across different working groups
4.Self-motivated - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5.Solution-driven - Ability to identify and analyze problems and develop solutions
6.Proficiency in both written and spoken English
7.Degree in MIS or Business with concentration on Information Technology is a plus
