Job Scope
Wang & Li Associates support the search efforts of our Wang & Li Search Consultants in a fast-growing, international-caliber environment.
1. Wang & Li Associates work closely with their Consultant to quickly build their professionalism and expertise in the recruitment industry. Through their interaction with leading companies, Associates develop their client servicing and career advisory capabilities. They also accumulate their knowledge of job market and industry trends, key organization functions, and a variety of company business models and operations..
2. Associates all go through a demanding training process, where the standard of performance that is expected is higher than what most have experienced before joining our company. Without a doubt, success as a Wang & Li Associate requires a strong results orientation and high level of effort and commitment from anyone in this role.
3. Associates are given chances to handle more responsibility and aspects of a search case than what Researchers/Associates are allowed to handle in other recruitment firms. Within our industry, experienced Wang & Li Associates are often compared in caliber and capability to the Consultants of our competitors.
4. The goal for any Wang & Li Associate is to develop into a Wang & Li Search Consultant, a role that offers excellent financial and career benefits. Our Associates typically become top-caliber, Search Consultants faster and better than on any recruitment platform in our industry ( 6 - 12 months).
Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. You may be well suited for this role if you have/are:
1. 2-3 years of work experience, preferably with an international company or international-caliber environment.
2. Customer service, operations support, research, or administrative backgrounds preferred, but not a must.
3. Should be mature, professional, and efficient and organized, a good communicator, a go-getter, self-initiated, hands-on, results-driven, a fast learner, and have a curious mind.
4. Enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy supporting and helping others, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and able to perform well in both local Chinese- and international-oriented situations.
5. Able to take pressure, face new challenges, and deliver impressive results.
6. Fluency in Chinese and English are a must, both spoken and written.
7. Associates can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
