JOB OBJECTIVES:
Devoting to the research and development of TPU.
   
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Lead subordinate with leadership;
2.    Lead regional product development activity;
3.    Support marketing and production;
4.    Lead innovation processes;
5.    Formulate and execute self-conceived or assigned technical or research/ development projects to demonstrate the technical advantages of new/ innovative products or process;
6.    Write comprehensive reports and evaluations on data obtained from experimentation;
7.    Cooperate with technical service/ manufacturing/ marketing in furnishing technical assistance to demonstrate the usefulness of company products and to solve field problems;
8.    Identify and conceive of way to improve current products and process by analyzing their performance using available scientific and patent information;
9.    Become an expert in one areas of technology relevant to the business;
10.    Contribute to safety, environmental standards of Company as EHS representative of TRDC.

REMARK:
To enhance the knowledge on TPU and communication, the person can be delegated to Germany for 2-3 year. For better communication, the basic understating of German language is helpful.

REQUIREMENTS:
1.    PHD in organic chemistry or macromolecular chemistry
2.    Working experience in foreign chemical company for 2-3 years is preferred; Graduating student is also acceptable.  
3.    Professional knowledge for analysis method, PU chemistry is preferred.  
4.    Good command of English, in listening, speaking, reading and writing; Fair command of German, in both listening and speaking.
