Intel招聘实习生(HR Department)

1. Description
In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-        Working in Business Group HR team supporting R&D site and provide grounded support for HR programs (performance management, leadership development, etc)
-        Assist HR team to ensure smooth HR business practice and facilitate activities delivery and promotion.
-        Optimize managerial and technical leadership website.

2. Qualifications
-        Year 1 Master student major in HR or related majors (Junior/Senior Bachelor students will also be considered), or major in technical scale but have interest to develop career in HR area.
-        Commit 3 days/per week working at Intel Zizhu site (located in Minhang District 上海闵行区紫竹科学园区).
-        Being proactive, good team work, dedicate to work.
•        Prefer familiar with webpage design
•        Prefer ASP and ASP.net, Access and SQL server.
