Position: Senior Admin - Logistics Operation
Working Location: Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone (Shuttle bus is available)

Responsibility:
- Provide quotation to customer       
- Day-to-day order tracking on logistics activity progress
- Data reconciliation and input in system, troubleshooting in partnership with vendor
- Data mining and drive review report if required
- Documentation and filing
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualification:
- Logistics bachelor is preferred but not a must
- Team player.
- Can work independently
- Problem solving skills
- Excel, Word, and powerpoint competency demonstrated.  
- Professional level of speaking & written English  
- Good interpersonal communication skills.  
- Willing to learn and practice new process & system operations
