Regular Duties:
Search for new sales opportunities
Quickly understand client property needs
Pre-select properties for clients
Maintain good commutation with clients
Negotiate contracts and terms with landlords
Prepare check-in for clients
Offer maintenance support during client leasing period
Requirements
Fluent verbal + written English
Previous experience in the real estate or property management industry
Good communication skills
Friendly work attitude
Previous sales experience is a plus
