Job Description:
1.IRU enterprise programs logistics on site support;
1)Communicate with participant and their manager,Visiting Executive,
2)Contact Ops team--Weekly conference call with Davidson team, Accessing web
site/sharepoint to download material & info.
3)Print materials in local,
4)Set up classroom one day prior to program
5)Kick off and sit in the class
6)Post course evaluation & training History & Report
2.Faculty contact for core programs;
3.Training facility management;
1)Logistics
2)Catering service
3)Cost charge back to US
4.IRU managed service program;
1)Nomination--introduce course to Sector coordinators,collect nominee for 3
sectors and Enterprise Service...
2)Contract with vendor--book dates for program;sign contract
3)Communicate with participant
4)Cost charge back to sectors by seat allocation
5)Training record tracking
5.Communication with local HR team;
1)update monthly IRU courses, new comer orientation training
2)COL Program
Requirements:
1.Master Degree is preferred
2.Full time (At least 4 days a week)
3.Have some experience related to HR or Training
4.Good English skills in both written and oral
5.Good user of MS Office
6.Detail focus, positive, independent working attitude with team work spirit
