Research Assistant Positions in Graph-structured Data Management
The Department of Computer Science (particularly the database group)
of Hong Kong Baptist University is seeking full-time research
assistants with strong background in (but not limited to) algorithms,
maths and/or programming to join research projects in the area of Graph-structured
Data Management, including indexing, incremental maintenance
algorithms, selectivity estimation, query optimization and data privacy.
The positions will be immediately available for one year and
extensible for multiple years based on performance and availability of
funds. The posts remain open till they are filled up.
Monthly Salary Range: HK$ 10,000 - 26,000, with additional medical
benefit. Tax in Hong Kong is less than 10% for this income level.
