WHAT WE ARE OFFERING  
The Van Hessen Group is offering a two-year international Management Traineeship that will enable the successful candidate to learn our business from top to bottom and obtain a key position within the organization. The candidate will need to travel the world during the traineeship (including China, US, New Zealand, Australia and several European countries).  

The traineeship offers exposure with sales, purchasing and operations in domestic and international markets.  

The selected candidate will have extensive contact with top executives in the organization who will guide and provide mentoring through the training program to ensure substantial gain in experience in all areas of the organization.  

1，Management Trainee 管理培训生
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Learn about all aspects of the Van Hessen Group and international business through visits to all Van Hessen Group affiliates.
2.Learn and understand the characteristics of casings in order to maximize yields and gain a competitive advantage.  
3.Understand casings history and processes in all areas of operation, including production, inventory control, purchasing, sales, quality control and logistics.  
4.Produce reports of facts and finding during training and provide recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures or systems.  
5.Participate in and understand management decisions in all aspects of the business, including (customer relation, sales/marketing, business development etc).

2，Production Assistant/Trainee  生产助理/培训生
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
1.Maximize the return / yield of all the raw materials processed in the company’s processing workshops in China.
2.Report the characteristics of the Raw Material lots that are under Incoming QC or being processed to the Production Supervisor in a way that the Production Supervisor can give timely and accurate feedback to the Suppliers about the raw material lots that are being processed.
3.Monitor the working procedures and monitoring the performance in the processing workshops. Make suggestions for to improve procedures and processing instructions.
4.Report about the characteristics of the finished goods to the Production Supervisor in a way that the Production Supervisor can give timely and accurate feed forward to Sales about the finished goods that have been produced and are being shipped.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE  
1,University graduated
2,Analytical and sharp thinking, Persistent.
3,Good communication skill both in oral and written
4,Good English in written and oral.
5,Computer skills, experienced in office soft ware application.  
6,Familiar with casing requirement after the training period
